Josh Kaburick, a native of the St. Louis, MO area, attended Western Illinois University on a football scholarship, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a minor in marketing before returning home to join the family business at Henderson Trucking.
Upon his return from college, Josh applied that work ethic to his early roles in truckload operations and freight brokerage. In 2004, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and by 2011, he successfully advocated to relocate the business from Salem, IL to Caseyville, IL to be closer the St. Louis transportation hub and to access its talent pool that Josh knew would be critical to the company’s long-term growth.
In 2013, Josh and his father John Kaburick started Three Points Insurance Group. After the untimely death of John in April 2014, Josh stepped into the role of Chairman/CEO of both Henderson Trucking and Three Points Insurance Group. Leading to the purchase of Aadvantage Insurance Group in 2016. Bringing Three Points and Aadvantage together has strengthened the overall agency operation supporting significant growth since the two agencies combined.
After fulfilling his commitment to serve as Chairman of Truckload Carriers Association, Josh has stepped out of the everyday operation of Henderson and puts his entire focus on Aadvantage Insurance Group.
Josh, his wife Kim, daughter Gabrielle, and son Carson reside in Glen Carbon, IL.
